Safely taking care of maintenance requests with your help.
As Invitation Homes continues to respond to service requests, we’re taking extra measures to prevent the spread of the coronavirus through our new Contactless Service Visits.
We’re in this together, so we’re asking you to help prevent the spread by taking the same precautions we’ve asked our technicians to take when entering your home. Keeping our visits as contactless as possible is our way of taking care of you, and a way for you to take care of others.
We asked residents like you for feedback, and nearly all agreed to adhere to our new safety standards.
How Contactless Service Works
During your visit, we’ll ask you to follow our recommended safety precautions to minimize contact between you and the technician including wearing a mask and opening doors for access to the area that needs repairs. This will reduce our technician’s contact with items in your home.
If you don’t agree to follow the necessary safety measures, we may be forced to cancel your visit.
Precautions We’re Taking
Our maintenance technicians will make your service visit as contactless as possible by taking the following safety precautions:

Technicians will stay at home if ill

Practice Social Distancing - Stay at least six feet away from you in your home

Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including face masks, gloves, and shoe coverings

Touch only the areas of your home that need to be repaired
Precautions We Ask You to Take
When you submit a maintenance request, we’ll ask you a few questions about your health and any exposure to COVID-19. We ask that you follow these precautions:

Please cancel your visit if ill

Practice Social Distancing - Stay at least six feet away from technicians

We strongly encourage you to wear face masks when in the same room as technicians

Open doors and cabinets to help technicians gain access to the area needing repairs
Together with you, we can make our service visits as safe as possible.
