Licensed contractors install all of these products with careful workmanship and each home passes our quality assurance inspection before you move in.

Simple and convenient, the Invitation Homes online rental application process can be completed in less than 10 minutes. What are Invitation Homes’ Insurance Requirements?
An active renter’s liability insurance policy in a minimum amount of $100,000, with an additional $10,000 in dog-bite liability insurance (if applicable) in accordance with your lease. It is your responsibility to ensure you have an active renters insurance policy during your entire lease term and to notify Invitation Homes of any changes to policy terms/conditions. Do you allow pets?

How soon can I move in?
Your Invitation Homes rental agent will guide you through the entire move-in process. Once your application is approved, rental deposit and funds are received, and the home is ready, we’ll get you in right away.
How do I pay my deposit and move-in fees?
